Jan Kroker takes over as interim CEO of Plastics Recycling at Interzero

+++ Change in the management team

Berlin/Köln. Jan Kroker has last week taken over as interim CEO of the Interzero Plastics Recycling (IPR) segment at Interzero, Europe's leading provider of recycling solutions. At the same time, he will permanently lead Interzero's battery recycling business, which is currently being established. Florian Werner, previously CEO of IPR, has left the company by mutual agreement. Dr. Axel Schweitzer, Chairman and Shareholder of Interzero, as well as Interzero's management team thank Florian Werner for his commitment and contribution.

Jan Kroker was previously Director of Site Management and Deputy Managing Director for BASF Polyurethanes GmbH in Lemförde. He began his professional career as an officer in the German armed forces. After switching to the private sector, he took on management roles, for example, at the oilfield service provider KCA Deutag in Russia or in the chemical industry in the in-house consulting at BASF in Ludwigshafen and in global projects.

In his function as interim CEO, Jan Kroker supports the management team of IPR during an intensive and important phase of strategy and organizational development. Dr Axel Schweitzer and the entire management team of Interzero are looking forward to the cooperation and wish Jan Kroker every success for the upcoming tasks.
