Jan Kroker

Jan Kroker (b. 1977) was an officer in the German Bundeswehr prior to joining the private sector. He has held executive positions in oilfield services at KCA Deutag in Russia, as an in-house consultant in the chemicals industry at BASF in Ludwigshafen, and on global projects. Most recently, Jan Kroker was Director of Site Management and Deputy Managing Director at BASF Polyurethanes GmbH in Lemförde.
Jan Kroker initially took charge of Interzero Plastics Recycling in April 2023, where he was responsible for strategy and organisation. He joined the Executive Management of Interzero Holding in August 2023.
Jan Kroker has been CEO of Interzero, the Europe-wide service provider for the circular economy, since January 2025.
Claudia Wegener

Claudia Wegener (b. 1987) studied international management with a focus on logistics in Sweden, South Korea, Singapore and Germany. She gained her first expertise in processes & IT with the in-house consulting team at Deutsche Telekom. She joined Interzero (Interseroh at the time) in 2012, where she began as a trainee and went on to serve as a project manager in the Business Development division.
Beginning in 2019, she and her team have established and grown Lizenzero, the successful online shop for packaging licensing, managing operations for more than 50,000 customers on the platform.
As CIO, she has been in charge of IT infrastructure and all digital processes of the Interzero Group since January 2025.
Yi Guo

Yi Guo (born in 1983) graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He then worked in the M&A advisory arm of HSH Nordbank and DZ Bank in Hamburg, focusing on international transactions in the shipping, renewable energies, industrials and SME sectors.
In 2016, Yi Guo joined the ALBA Group in Berlin as Senior Manager M&A. Among other things, he carried out strategic projects as part of group-wide portfolio optimisation and supported growth in Asia through acquisitions and joint ventures. Since the beginning of 2019, he has been a member of the management team of ALBA Group Asia in Hong Kong. As CFO, he was responsible for strategy, finance and legal affairs and supported expansion in the region with his interdisciplinary team.
Yi Guo joined the management of Interzero Holding in August 2023, bringing with him many years of experience in establishing recycling activities in Asia. He has represented the Interzero Group as Chief Financial Officer since October 2025.
Dr. Axel Schweitzer

Dr Axel Schweitzer (born 1969) studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and was awarded his doctorate in 1995. In the same year, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of ALBA, the recycling company founded by his father, and has managed the family business together with his brother Dr Eric Schweitzer from 1998 onwards. From 2005 to 2018, Axel Schweitzer was at the helm of ALBA SE (formerly INTERSEROH AG and INTERSEROH SE) in various roles (Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors and the Administrative Board).
From 2013 to 2018, Schweitzer was also a member of the Greater China Spokesperson Team of the Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business (APA), and since February 2019 he has been Deputy Chairman of the APA and a member of the German-Chinese Discussion Forum. Axel Schweitzer is committed to social causes; the company supports the children’s homes in the city of Cologne, for example. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ALBA BERLIN Basketball GmbH and Chairman of ALBA BERLIN Basketball e. V., he also plays a role in the world of sports in Berlin.
With the reorganisation of the companies of the Schweitzer family in 2022, Dr Axel Schweitzer assumed responsibility for the Asian business, the global activities in the area of plastics recycling as well as all the business activities of Interseroh in the field of recycling solutions. As the owner and Chairman of Interzero, he is dedicated to realising the company vision of a “world without waste”.
Peter Vogel

Peter Vogel (b. 1970) holds a degree as a business economist. As a tax consultant and auditor, he held executive positions with several accounting firms for more than a decade. In 2010, he joined the recycling sector with the ALBA Group, where he was CFO from 2017 to 2022. He has served as interim CFO of Interzero Holding GmbH & Co. KG in 2025.
Peter Vogel was appointed to the Advisory Board of Interzero Holding GmbH & Co. KG in February 2023. In this role, he advises management on key business decisions – always guided by a vision of a world without waste.
