Interseroh wins three ARC Awards for Sustainability Magazine

International distinction from Annual Report Competition (ARC)

Cologne. INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH has won three of the Annual Report Competition (ARC) awards for its sustainability magazine. The panel of the largest international call for entries for annual reports granted the environmental service provider a Gold Award for the overall presentation of the magazine and in the “Photography” category. Additionally, the magazine of the company that forms part of the ALBA Group, an international recycling specialist, received an Honour Award in the “Interior Design” category.

“We are very pleased to have won three of the sought-after ARC awards,” says Markus Müller-Drexel, Managing Director of INTERSEROH Dienstleistung GmbH. “It shows that we made the right decision when selecting our method of sustainability reporting. Sustainability is a core topic for us that we practise very consciously, both internally and externally. This makes it all the nicer that we have now received this international recognition for our efforts in this area."

The Interseroh sustainability magazine is published annually and constitutes an extension of the traditional sustainability report, which is published every two years. The journalistically prepared magazine focuses on the positive effects of Interseroh’s services, which are rendered under the motto “zero waste solutions”. These are above all innovative solutions with which the environmental service provider counteracts the wastage of products and materials.

The current sustainability magazine and the complete Sustainability Report 2016 can be accessed at www.interseroh.de/en/sustainability.

About the ARC Awards:

The “Annual Report Competition (ARC)” Awards have been issued annually by the independent event holder MerComm, Inc. since 1987. The awards recognise annual reports that exhibit customised design concepts as well as harmonising imagery and text. With an independent, volunteer panel of 200 experts, the competition is the largest international call for entries for annual reports. The “Gold”, “Silver”, “Bronze” and “Honours” awards are issued in various categories, within the individual industries. In 2017, there were a total of 1,987 entries from 34 countries. The award ceremony will take place in Tokyo on 12 October 2017.
