Interseroh at Fakuma 2018

International trade fair for industrial plastics processing

Cologne. This year, INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH is again represented at the international trade fair Fakuma, which takes place in Friedrichshafen from 16 to 20 October 2018. In Hall B1-1125, the environmental services provider will present its expertise in plastics recycling and the associated range of services under the motto “Innovative recompounds for diverse applications”.

With the specially developed and multiple-award-winning production process Recycled-Resource, which is based on a complex upcycling-recompounding process, Interseroh manufactures the plastic recyclates Procyclen and Recythen. According to a study by the Fraunhofer Institute UMSICHT, their use provides a valuable contribution to the sustainable use of resources in comparison with the use of new granulate and reduces the emissions of greenhouse gases during the manufacturing by 30 to 50 per cent.

“From our many years of experience, we know that sustainable operations can be successful only if they are practised consistently at all levels – economically, ecologically and socially”, says Dr Manica Ulcnik-Krump, Head of Business Unit Recycled-Resource at Interseroh. “Our recycled plastics, which can be modified specific to the customer’s wishes, can contribute significantly to this. We expect exciting discussions with the professional visitors and interested parties on site.”

Fakuma is a globally leading trade fair for industrial plastics processing. At the five-day trade fair in Friedrichshafen, over 1,800 international exhibitors will present their range of products and services, providing an holistic overview of all plastics technologies. More than 40,000 professional visitors from 120 countries are expected at the event.
