Create reports at the click of the mouse with Nachhaltigkeitsreporting360

For SMEs: sustainability reporting made easy +++ Small and medium-sized companies save up to 80 percent on production costs and 70 percent on time +++ Sustainability reporting is done in accordance with recognised standards and strict data protection guidelines +++ Interseroh presents Nachhaltigkeitsreporting360 in collaboration with the software provider 360report

Cologne. The Cologne-based environmental services provider INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH will henceforth be particularly supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the creation of sustainability reports in accordance with the current international standards with “Nachhaltigkeitsreporting360”. You can access the service at nachhaltigkeitsreporting360.de/. There, data concerning things like energy and water consumption or the waste volume can simply be entered in an entry screen. Based on this data, the system generates a sustainability report with text modules, tables and graphics largely automatically.

In comparison with a report created in-house and associated with a great deal of effort, companies save up to 70 percent of the time and up to 80 percent of the costs for production with “Nachhaltigkeitsreporting360”. The software used for the service takes the individual circumstances and conditions of the company in question into account in the process. Additional reporting standards and as many sites and suppliers as desired can be integrated into the report, for example.

“Even smaller companies are increasingly relying on well-founded sustainability reporting in order to satisfy their social responsibilities and the associated requirements from their clients and customers,” explains Frank Kurrat, Head of the Business Center ReCycle at INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH. “We want to use integrated solutions to contribute to our customers’ ability to improve their sustainability practices in all areas and to optimally communicate this to their stakeholders.”

Users who have already compiled sustainability data themselves can also easily integrate them. Entering data is intuitive and requires neither the installation of software nor specific sustainability knowledge. Once the data has been entered, text modules with clear tables and graphics can simply be exported in Word or PDF format with a click of the mouse. All data is stored in Germany, thus ensuring a high level of data protection in accordance with German law.

Interseroh offers the new service in collaboration with the Dortmund-based software company 360report, which has also developed the first intelligent, web-based and SME-appropriate software in this form. Reporting in line with the current standards, for example in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines, ISO 26000, UN Global Compact and the German Sustainability Code (DNK) is therefore possible.
