Interzero presents circular solutions for construction site waste in the sanitary trade for the first time at the SHK trade fair

+++ Circular service provider presents its solutions for the first time at the SHK trade fair from 6 to 9 September in Essen

+++ Support for the construction industry and trades to remove waste properly and reliably from the construction site and to recycle it as far as possible

+++ Diverse solutions for packaging up to section remnants and used products

Berlin/Cologne. Interzero, one of the leading circular service providers in Europe, will present its expanded range for the first time at SHK, the trade fair for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology and renewable energies, from 6 to 9 September 2022 in Essen. The company, which also operates the Interseroh+ dual system and previously provided its services under the Interseroh brand as part of the ALBA Group, can be found in Hall 5, Stand 5C24.

Sustainable: Proper removal of waste from construction sites and recycling

On construction sites – whether new construction or renovation – large volumes of various types of waste are generated. At the same time, space is often very limited and the requirements for efficient and sustainable construction have increased enormously. Interzero therefore supports its customers from the construction industry and trades in removing waste from the construction site in a proper and reliable manner and recycling it as far as possible. Interzero uses its 30 years of experience and increasingly digital platforms.

For example, Interzero has developed an efficient concept for the well-known building material h creator Xella to close the product cycle for the construction site cut residues of Ytong aerated concrete and Multipor mineral insulation panels. Thanks to this sustainable take-back solution, more than 8,000 tons of residual materials have already been recycled.

Trade fair novelty: flexible take-back system for product waste

For the first time at SHK, Interzero is presenting a flexible take-back system for product waste generated in the context of renovations and new buildings in the sanitary, heating and air conditioning sectors. Interzero organizes logistics flows and controls service provider networks – whether for material, used individual components or complete products.

"The basis for a reliable and efficient take back and recycling of the materials is the precise analysis of the customer-specific initial situation. We tailor the return logistics and all further steps precisely to the individual customer needs to enable effective, circular value creation. For the traceability of individual products and material flows, Interzero relies on a high degree of digitization," says Torben Kabbe, Head of Business Development at Interzero Circular Solutions Germany.

Proven and comprehensive: Return of packaging

The topic of Interzero's trade fair appearance at SHK is also the proven take-back system for commercial packaging, such as transport packaging. Since 1 June 2022, the extended registration obligation in accordance with the Packaging Act applies. Since then, it is mandatory to register with the Central Packaging Register (ZSVR) for all packaging placed on the market in Germany.

Interzero has been a reliable partner for the return and recycling of packaging for years. Throughout Germany, around 600 certified companies organize reliable collection and recycling. At the same time, the optimization of packaging in terms of its recyclability is becoming increasingly important. The Interzero team also supports its customers for this and offers the "Made for Recycling Interseroh" seal of quality.
