Kristina Krug is a Talent Acquisition Manager in Cologne, making sure we find the right people for our commercial and technical positions.
Ktristina Krug: My name is Kristina Krug. I work as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Interzero in Cologne and am responsible for commercial and technical positions.
What training did you complete?
Ktristina Krug: I completed a classic commercial apprenticeship at Interzero in the field of wholesale and foreign trade management. I was also able to complete part of my training in HR. I liked it so much back then that I would have preferred to start directly in HR. There was no capacity at the time, so I took a detour and starte das a consultant and project assistant to one oft he managing directors. After two years, I took the opportunity to join HR in Recruiting.
What are your main tasks?
Ktristina Krug: One of my main tasks is candidate management, which ist he screening of open applications. I work closely with the specialis departments and focus on commercial and technical positions, such as forklift drivers, machine operators, locksmiths and electricians, mainly employees needed in the plants.
What is your biggest strength?
Ktristina Krug: Empathy is often said to be one of my greatest strengths. This helps me in particular when liaising with the specialist departments to find out what they need in terms of new staff and then to finding suitable candidates.
What are you most proud of in your job?
Ktristina Krug: What I'm most proud of in my job is that I can help keep our plants running with the right staff.
What is your favourite fabric?
Ktristina Krug: One of my favourite fabrics is my dog's cuddly fur, but also organic cotton because it is so sustainable and versatile.
