Meet the Team: Clarissa Aldeghi

With ‘Meet the Team’, we would like to give you an insight into our corporate culture and the unique team behind Interzero. We present the professional and personal diversity of our team. Clarissa Aldeghi has been working as a digital marketing specialist at Interzero in Italy for a year. There, she manages and optimises digital channels – from the website to social media – and generates attention and interaction with creative content and targeted campaigns.
Clarissa Aldeghi:My name is Clarissa Aldeghi and I have been working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Interzero for about a year. I am responsible for optimising and managing our digital channels, such as our website and social media, creating content and optimising online advertising campaigns.
What does your career path look like?
Clarissa Aldeghi:I have a degree in languages with a focus on terminology and text typology, which has given me extensive knowledge of communication in various fields such as politics, economics and the environment.
What are you most proud of in your job?
Clarissa Aldeghi:I am always particularly proud when our work is effective: for example, when we send out a newsletter and receive a lot of feedback from customers, then I know that we have communicated our offer correctly and clearly. Or when a social media post triggers a lot of reactions and interactions, then I know that the strategy we have developed and implemented is right and that we can continue in the same vein.
What is the biggest challenge in your job?
Clarissa Aldeghi:In my job, I think the biggest challenge is staying up to date, because the digital world is constantly evolving, platforms, tools and algorithms are changing, and that's why I think it's essential to be aware of all the latest news and trends in the industry while remaining consistent and authentic.
What is your greatest strength?
Clarissa Aldeghi:My greatest strength is my curiosity, i.e. the desire to explore a topic or question in ever greater depth. I think that being curious is fundamental to my work, because it allows me to thoroughly examine the product or service that we want to communicate to the target audience.
