Anna-Maria Zimmermann: My name is Anna-Maria. I work at our Berlin office of Interzero Product Cycle as a Sales Manager in Online Sales, and this means that I am responsible for customer service for our online shop gebrauchte-technik.de.

What ist he advantage of buying used IT devices?

Anna-Maria Zimmermann: I would recommend everyone to buy a used IT device. It’s actually quite simple: rare and very valuable raw materials are mined in the manufacture of IT devices. The mining and subsequent manufacture of this IT device alone consumes an incredible amount of energy in the form of water, in the form of electricity and a lot of CO2 is produced. This means that when I buy a used IT device, I extend the life cycle of this device and actively conserv resources and the environment.

What is your greatest strength?

Anna-Maria Zimmermann: My strength is definitely my focus on goal-orientated work and my charm. And when that comes together, it’s a win-win situation for customer service.

Where does your passion come from?

Anna-Maria Zimmermann: My passion for customer service, especially here in the company, comes from that, that I am idealistic and want a more sustainable and cleaner environment. Not lastly, because I am the mother of a child and we all want that our children grow up in a healthy and cleaner world.

What is your favourite plastic?

Anna-Maria Zimmermann: My favourite plastic, if I had to choose, would be PET, because it simply accompanies us everywhere in everyday life and is very easy to recycle.
