Meet the team: Santino Schreiner provides our customers and the environment with the right solutions.
Santino Schreiner: My name is Santino Schreiner. I am a Key Account Manager at Interzero and am responsible for looking after our major clients, but I also get to support collaborations in Austria and help shape sales strategy, which I really enjoy.
What are you most proud of in your job?
Santino Schreiner: What I am particularly proud of in my job at Interzero is that we offer our customers real solutions, because we can create win-win situations here. On the one hand, we have solutions that really improve our clients' situation from day one, simply in terms of their environmental services and their prices. On the other hand, our services really do something good for the environment, and then of course we also benefit from our client relationships. It's just great when you can work in sales in a way that really benefits everyone.
What is special about your work?
Santino Schreiner: My work at Interzero is special because we deal with so many motivated people here. It's great to see that everyone here is passionate, not only about their job, but also about the cause behind it, which is sustainable environmental development. And it's just a lot of enjoyment when you're not only able to work, but also have a real purpose behind it.
What is your biggest challenge?
Santino Schreiner: The biggest challenge in my job is individuality. We have thousands of clients, over 3,000 in Austria alone. And every client works with different materials. Every client has different procedures and processes and we naturally try not to offer off-the-shelf solutions, but to provide individual support to our clients, which is not always easy given the diversity of this topic.
What is your favourite material?
Santino Schreiner: My favourite material is actually cartons and paper. The reason for this is that it is simply an important issue in every company and is basically a very simple material. And that's how our solutions are too. They are simple and offer added value for every customer.
