Adama Dolo: My name is Adama Dolo. I am the Managing Director of WMS within Interzero Circular Solutions Germany. WMS stands for Waste Management Solutions.

What are your main tasks?

Adama Dolo: My primary tasks are to ensure that the customer gets the service they paid for, to expand our current portfolio/services in line with the market and to set priorities so that all people within an organisation know the current priority.

What training have you completed?

Adama Dolo: I studied IT and communications engineering. I am therefore an engineer in this field and have been part of Interzero for several years with a focus on the circular economy.

What is your biggest strength?

Adama Dolo: Due to the fact that I studied IT, my strength lies in digitalisation. I am currently working on pushing the company forward in terms of digitalisation.

What are you most proud of in your job?

Adama Dolo: I am proud of our purpose. I used to work in aviation technology, I have two children myself and now I can explain the purpose of my work to my children quite well. It's not just digitalisation and IT - bringing products to market, but also having a real purpose, which Interzero has.

What do you recommend to new colleagues?

Adama Dolo: What I would recommend is to simply try things out. You can fail, you can make mistakes and you have to learn from them. This is important for young colleagues and the younger generation so that they can always move forward.
